Tournament requirements as follow -
The provider of the winning bid will be required to enter into a contract with the EBA for the staging of the event. The contract will reflect the following
- Host nation to supply adequate staffing and resources to ensure smooth running of event
- It is the host nations responsibility to ensure the availability of accommodation within a reasonable commutable distance from the event venue and that they provide a liaison to co-ordinate same with visiting teams and spectators. We would suggest the host nation provide an accommodation team to oversee the situation
- The host nation is responsible for the opening and closing ceremonies
- Any and all disciplinary matters will be managed by the EBA
- EBA in consultation with Tournament Director will decide the tournament format
- All correspondence is to be sent to the Secretary and Chairman of the EBA to distribute to their members
- It is the host nations and promoters responsibility to have adequate Public Liability insurance for the event and to indemnify the EBA from any claims or liability arising from the staging of the event
- The host nation shall provide a suitable venue with adequate room for 16-20 tables. Host nation responsible for assembling and disassembling of the tables
- The host nation shall supply all trophies for the event
- Tournament Director to be approved by EBA
